Eric, owner of Valley Heating and Air, and his crew, did an installation of a mini split system. It went off just like I hoped it would. Eric came up and we discussed our options for both the unit indoors and the compressor outdoors. He explained everything he had to do to get the locations that we wanted. He gave us a price, and after comparing with a couple of other HVAC companies' proposals, we easily decided on Valley Heating and Air. On the day of the installation, Eric was there with a crew of two. He stayed involved for the whole installation and double checked everything before they left. He called the next day to see if everything was working OK. Eric was involved with everything from start to finish and reassured us that we made the right choice.
